After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information. Orders received before 1pm AEST on a business day are shipped the same day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
If you are located within Sydney Metro Area or the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means next day delivery for the majority of customers.

Shipments in regional areas outside the Next Business Day Network take 2-4 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays. If you have not received your package within 4 business days of placing the order, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order confirmation number. Shipping times do not include dispatch time.
Packages are sent via Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email from Zodélise once your order is placed and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Signing for Deliveries
To ensure your order reaches you safely, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be redirected to your local Australian Post Office. However, you may choose to have your shipment left without a signature by selecting “Authority to Leave” (e.g. in a safe place out of the weather). If this option is selected, the driver has been given permission to leave the goods in an area they deem to be safe. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the package in your absence, then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with your Zodélise purchase. So if your purchase is anything short of perfect, simply send it back by simply following our return instructions! Zodélise has a 14 day Australia wide shipping returns policy for purchases, provided the items are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
A few things to be mindful of when returning your items;
(a) Returns must be sent back within 14 days of you receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception;
(b) Your order must be returned unworn, unperfumed, not washed, unstained with the tags still attached and sent in a secure packaging
(c) for hygienic reasons, hosiery, hair accessories, hats, cosmetics, lingerie sets and bottoms, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned; and
(d) products which are not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to sender
(e) We will not be held liable for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.
(f) For all sale items, you will be reimbursed the amount in Zodélise store credit.
(g) You must create a customer account with us before we can issue you with a store credit.
How to Return your Purchase for a Refund
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. However, there are exclusions when we hold sales, in these instances, you will be reimbursed the amount in Zodélise store credit.
Simply return your unwanted purchase in its original condition including original packaging within 14 days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns form.
To return for a refund, simply:
1.Contact us at email@example.com and we will email you a free returns slip
2. Pack up your unworn/unused item into its original packaging
3. Complete the Return Order form that you received with your order (or click here) and send back your purchase using the free returns slip!
Returns may take up to 2-4 business days to reach our warehouse. Once we have received the return, your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days. Refunds are always processed and credited to the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal).
Please also allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account.
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We aim to provide our customers with only the highest standard and quality of products. However if you have a received a faulty or incorrect item, you will need to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this issue for you straight away.
Please note, we may ask you for a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
